Kenneth Hoffman is a restaurant and hospitality expert with over 30 years of experience with leadership positions with TGI Friday’s, Hard Rock International, Sbarro’s and Ruth’s Hospitality, four of the world’s favorite chains. Hoffman and his expert advice are featured in many publications, textbooks and videos. One textbook, “Principles of Operational Management” features Hoffman’s leadership strategies, cost saving techniques and profit promoting plans, and is used in most master degree programs around the world.

           

Other restaurateurs began seeking Hoffman’s expertise on how to employ the strategies that worked so well for America’s favorite restaurants. This led to the birth of his restaurant consulting and business advisory firm “International Restaurant & Hospitality Consulting Group” where Hoffman has formalized and systematized procedures that can help other small and large businesses, especially in the hospitality industry.
