Designed and created an enhanced beverage program for Celebrity Cruise Lines to increase Guest value and Cruise line revenue stream. Results- beverage spend climbed 9.3% per guest.

Created and implemented retail visual display program for movie themed retail stores and suggestive selling staff training initiatives to increase spend per guest. Results spend and foot traffic increase of 6.3% and 5.2% respectfully.

We conducted a Restaurant Assessment and Brand Turnaround initiative Program for a 10-year-old concept. Strategic plan and implementation of revenue and profit initiatives netted a 13% increase in revenue and a 21% increase in profit flow through.
